Puerto Rican artist Gamaliel Rodríguez giving final touches to his solo show Diorama, at Galería de Arte Universidad del Sagrado Corazón in San Juan, Puerto Rico (August, 2015). The exposition included a new series of big and medium format drawings created with pen and paint in the Fountainhead Residency for artists in Miami, FL. He worked the theme of imaginary abandoned domes, forests and stadium-like structures surrounded by what seems to be smoke or plants growing freely across them. He told us this will be his last show in Puerto Rico as he embarks with long term projects in Miami, Spain and other international venues.
