This artwork was acquired directly from Omar in 2013 at his studio at that time, located in Calle San Sebastián in Viejo San Juan, Puerto Rico. The painting was just finished and still had fresh oil paint. We had a coffee together and walked to Museo Casablanca where he showed me the studios of Karlo Ibarra, Rogelio Figueroa and Rafael Miranda.
